Perhaps it is challenging to take time for yourself. I commend you for being here. Inner work is key to healing trauma. My hope for you is that you’ll take advantage of counseling as a way of self-care. Sift through negative emotions, thoughts, and even deeply held beliefs that keep you from permitting “you time”.

For individual counseling, I see those that are 18 years and older. I assess how best to align with your goals and then customize a multi-modality plan. Begin to separate out what happened to you. Shine a light on the shame you hold. We will observe where the emotional injuries began, learn how trauma is known to reshape the mind-body-soul, and take steps towards self acceptance and love. Additionally, you may want to explore how to repair your spiritual struggles, mend relationship issues, reassess career choices, and increase leisure/hobbies.
